Boiler Break down and Repair
As a rule we do not charge a call out fee, we will arrange a suitable time at your convenience to come inspect the issue and give you a estimated quote based on the time we realistically feel it will take and the cost of the parts. With breakdowns and repairs it may be more than one issue or cause and this will always been explained prior to the commencement of any works.
However, if it is an emergency and you require immediate help and/or a visit at unconventional times such as 11pm at night or 5am on a Sunday morning! a small fee may be incurred, but this will always be agreed on prior to any visit.
